How to tell when a shipment will be interlined

If either origin or destination points are outside the normal service area for a carrier, they may use a different partner carrier for part of the freight's journey.  Quotes that include an interline carrier will be notated with a yellow plus sign in the Quote Factory app, as seen below.

Keep in mind that interlined shipments may have reduced tracking visibility at times and may take longer to reach the destination.
