Shipment tabs

Managing shipments just got a whole lot more focused.

We’re rolling out Shipment Tabs in Quote Factory, a new way to organize your workflow so you can quickly zero in on exactly what needs your attention. Instead of scanning through everything, you can now jump directly to the shipments that matter most right now.

Alongside your familiar Active and All views, you’ll now see a set of purpose-built tabs designed around the shipment lifecycle:

Book

Customer requests and saved drafts that still need to be finalized. If it’s not booked yet, it’s here waiting on you.

This tab will only show up if you have a shipment that needs to be finalized and booked

Cover

Truckload shipments that don’t have a carrier assigned yet. This is your queue for getting loads covered quickly.

Dispatch

Shipments that require manual dispatch. We attempted to auto-dispatch these, but something needs your attention to move them forward.

Another tab that will only show up if you have LTL shipments needing to be manually dispatched.

Pick up

Shipments scheduled to pick up today. Stay on top of what’s leaving the dock.

In transit

Loads that are already moving but not delivering today—typically long-haul or non-TL shipments. Keep an eye on progress and catch issues early.

Deliver

Shipments expected to deliver today or tomorrow. This is where you ensure everything crosses the finish line smoothly.

Built for speed, clarity, and control

Shipment Tabs are designed to reduce noise and help you act faster. Whether you’re booking new freight, chasing coverage, or monitoring deliveries, each tab keeps your workflow focused and intentional.

This is just the beginning—we’ll continue refining these views and adding enhancements to help you manage exceptions and process shipments even more efficiently.
