Hiding a carrier from a specific customer

If you know a customer has had a bad relationship with a certain carrier in the past, or for whatever reason would not want to see any quotes from that particular carrier, you can block rates from said carrier from ever appearing in quotes for them.  Here's how.

Go to Settings>Carriers.  From there, click on the carrier you want block for that customer. From there, click on the "Activated" field.  Once there, you should see this option below.

When you add your customer to the "Show rates to all customers except those listed below" list, they will no longer receive rates from that carrier.  This will save you having to hide them every time before sending quotes over.
