I've quoted my customer, booked a shipment, and it's been picked up. The charges in the app are all of the costs I can expect, right?

Not always.  Additional charges may be incurred along the journey of the shipment.  Things that could come up include detention costs (not as common in LTL, but they can happen), dry run charges if for some reason your freight was undeliverable to the customer (if they were unexpectedly closed or were not able to take delivery when the truck arrived), or perhaps appointment requirements at either the origin or destination locations that your customer had not informed you about.

As such, these charges will be passed along to the broker, and most should be no problem passing on to your customer provided they are explained to them.  If you ever need clarification or further explanation on additional charges you see on an invoice, please reach out to support@quotefactory.com and we'll be happy to talk you through it.
