A smarter address book

Your address book just got a lot smarter. Like before, any address used in a shipment automatically gets remembered for the future. The next time you're running a quote or creating a new shipment, just start typing the company name and you'll see address results pop up.

Select an address you've previously used, and you'll see a new address book icon on the right:

Need to select a different address? Click the trash can to start again.

With an address book entry now added, you have two options...

If you have address changes that only affect this shipment, just edit the form as normal.

If you want to change how this address is used for all future shipments, click the address book icon to open up the address template.

You can do some cool things with address book templates. For instance, you could add Special instructions for "Use dock XX" and change to the actual dock number for each shipment. We also let you choose Pickup or Delivery specific accessorials. Great for locations that can be either pickup or delivery.

Under each Customer page is a new tab for Addresses where you can find all your address book templates. Search for an address and edit at any time.
