Editing shipments

If you need to change any details of a shipment after the initial quote or booking (weight, pallet count, delivery address, etc.), you may do so by clicking the pencil icon in the right-hand corner of the shipment screen.

Please note that changing details may affect the rate, so be sure to select "Update cost" before dispatching if applicable.
