When does Quote Factory send the bill of lading?

First of all, we only send a bill of lading (BOL) when the person who books the shipment has Share BOL toggled on for a location.

For LTL shipments, we send the BOL as soon as the shipment is dispatched to the carrier.

For truckload shipments, we send the BOL as soon as the shipment is booked.
