Load board

  • If you're a Truckstop customer, you can integrate Quote Factory with your Truckstop account by going to Settings > Carriers and clicking on the Truckstop panel.
  • If you don't already have a Truckstop load board subscription, and you're thinking about it, you can use this link to tell them we sent you and find out more.
  • We send the commodity descriptions into their Note field.
  • We don't send special instructions to them.
  • During your implementation project, we work with you to map your Quote Factory users to Truckstop users. If you need to make a change, please contact Support.
  • Truckstop doesn't accept dimensions < 1 ft. So if you have something with a dimension less than that (think flagpole), instead of sending over a decimal like .8 , we send over a minimum of 1 ft.

RMIS

  • If you're an RMIS customer, you can integrate Quote Factory with your RMIS account by going to Settings > Carriers and clicking on the RMIS panel.
  • If you don't already have a Truckstop RMIS subscription, and you're thinking about it, you can use this link to tell them we sent you and find out more.
  • Once it's set up, you'll be able to see the carrier's RMIS status on the carrier details page and in carrier details modals.
  • Even with the RMIS integration, it's up to you to change a carrier's compliance status to Approved. We don't automatically change carriers to Approved just because they're RMIS Certified.
  • When the RMIS integration is turned on, the carrier must be RMIS Certified in order for you to switch their compliance status to Approved and send them a rate con. If the carrier is RMIS Unacceptable, they'll have a red dot, and you'll need to get them through to RMIS Certified first.
    • If you're not sure how to override the RMIS status, please reach out to rmishelp@truckstop.com. They promise to help you figure it out.
  • We check RMIS for changes every 10 minutes. If a carrier's information has been updated in RMIS but not yet in Quote Factory, you can click the refresh ↺ button to pull the latest information instead of waiting.
