Owners vs. Members

Each user in your Quote Factory account is either an Owner or a Member. Owners have special powers, including:

• Updating settings
• Inviting and removing users
• Adding carrier integrations
• Approving or rejecting truckload carriers
• Setting minimum profit and margin for a customer
• Getting around minimum profit and margin for a shipment
