Central Transport

• Central Transport doesn't return quote numbers.
• Central Transport blocks some high-cost indirect tender zips from rating via their API, possibly on a customer-by-customer basis. They include a note about that in their pricing proposals. (So if you're not getting quotes back from, say, Milton, Iowa, this is probably why.) For more details, they want you to contact your Central Transport account representative.
• Central Transport's API can't add Excessive Length charges to shipments with items > 8 ft, so those quotes are currently being suppressed.
• By default, we pull class-based rates instead of dimension/density-based rates. It's easy to switch it, so let us know if you prefer dimensions/density or want to see both on every quote.
• We don't currently pull pallet rates for Central Transport. (But we know how, so if you need them, let's talk.)
