MyCarrierPortal

If you use MyCarrierPortal to onboard and monitor carriers, we have an integration.

Setup

We want to help you through this process, so the first step is to let us know that you want to integrate with MyCarrierPortal.

In Quote Factory, go to Settings > Carriers > Compliance and choose MyCarrierPortal.

Click Start setup .

This will kick off the setup process with our Support team.

Next, we'll need your help to set up credentials for us to talk with MyCarrierPortal's API on your behalf.

Inside MyCarrierPortal, click Integration Tools on the sidebar.

Next, click Add Integration .

In the modal that appears, choose Quote Factory.

Enter a username and password for Quote Factory to use with the MyCarrierPortal API, then click Save .

After the next step, you'll send these credentials to us.

But first, in order to send invitations to your carriers, we need to know your Intellivite ID.

In MyCarrierPortal, in the sidebar, click on Company Profile.

Next to Customer GUID, copy the long string of numbers, letters and dashes.

Send that ID, along with the username and password you set up in the previous step, to support@quotefactory.com, and we'll do the rest!
