Trucker Tools

If you use Trucker Tools to track truckload shipments, we have an integration for you. Contact us at support@quotefactory.com for a walkthrough and to get set up.

• Tracking events from Trucker Tools — including potential fraud alerts — show up as trucking updates between locations on the shipment details page.
• The map on the shipment details page shows a green dot for the current location of the truck.
• For dispatcher email, we send both the person who covered the load and your brokerage's rate con reply-to address. Trucker Tools will send fraud alerts to those emails. (You can also set up other cc addresses on the Trucker Tools website.)
• Trucker Tools is able to push tracking updates to other tracking services including MacroPoint and Project44. If you work with them to set that up, then for the customer whose updates you're pushing to the other service, you'll need to tell them the customer's ID in that service (e.g. the MacroPoint MPID). You can do that by setting the Trucker Tools External Reference on the customer details page. Email or chat with Support if you want us to show you how to do that. It's easy!
